Prefense Hand Sanitizer: Review and GIVEAWAY!

I was recently given the opportunity to try and review Prefense, a silica based and alcohol free hand sanitizer. I was interested in trying this product because I have heard horrible stories about children dying after using alcohol-based hand sanitizer and then licking (ewwww!?!?) their hands. From what I've heard, Canada has banned alcohol-based hand sanitizer in schools for this reason.
