Find My Shift

I remember, back when I used to have a "real" job, dealing with the complexities of the work schedule. Later on, I had a regular 9-5, but when I worked in retail, it was a continuous struggle to remember who was working when. There was invariably a piece of paper showing the week's schedule tacked up in the back room or in the manager's office, or maybe a calendar, and we all checked it regularly to make sure nothing changed. Sometimes things would get switched around after the schedule was posted, for whatever reason, and sometimes I had things come up in my personal life that meant I had to switch days with someone. So oftentimes, the weekly schedule or calendar was marked up with eraser snubs and pen lines crossing names out. In short, it wasn't the best system, but it was all we had.

But these days, technology has come a long way, so of course there has to be a better way of creating staff schedules. Enter yet another wonder of the internet: online scheduling. Find My Shift offers "simple online staff scheduling". What a cool concept! This 100% web based service allows employers and managers to use easy point and click, drag and drop functions to create schedule spreadsheets for unlimited staff.
