Looking for a family-friendly activity? Visiting a local farm is full of simple pleasures and delights that most suburban kids like mine don't get to experience on a day-to-day basis. We have plenty of farms and orchards within about an hour drive of us, but this year we're hoping to branch out a little to Vineyard 354 Family Farm, in Lawton, Michigan. This is what they have to say about why you should choose their farm for your next family day:
Our mission is for you to have an experience that you can enjoy with your family and friends. From our Farm to your family you can experience life's simplest pleasures while enjoying our Saturday Community Market where you can purchase seasonal produce, baked goods and Grandma Dars pickles. We offer our Farm Fresh! jams, jellies, and pickles like grandma used to make.
Paid Admission to the farm includes:
Play Area
Wagon Train
Face Painting
Hay Ride
Moon Bounce
Cider
Make Smores around the campfire
Bag of Popcorn
Antique Trucks
Picnic Tables
Free Parking
The will have concession stands and Farm Market with
apples, squash, pumpkins, cider, preserves, pickles
